Dragomir Design-Build is a professional engineering design and consulting firm specializing in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, and Environmental Engineering for Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial projects in the Solid Waste, Stormwater Quality, and Environmental markets. Our engineers and project managers self-perform planning, design, construction administration, project and program management, and support services for infrastructure projects. We facilitate and manage the services of Surveying, Mapping, Structural Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering, and Lab Testing utilizing licensed subconsultants and third-party testing labs.

Our Focus.

Dragomir Design-Build self-performs the core engineering planning, design, construction administration, management, and support services for our projects. As a result, our team brings an immense depth of specialized and focused in-house experience. We are not "briefcase" consultants or engineers that outsource the bulk of our workload to subs. We are hands-on every step of the way until the job is done.
